I've always loved animals and have had dogs since I was very young. At 17 years old I got my first Pit Bull, Esco, at 6 weeks old. When he was about six months we began beginner's obedience training and became addicted to both training and the breed! When Esco was about 9 months we finished our advanced classes and began to search for other things to train for. Search and rescue was actually our first choice, however the Schutzhund crowd got to us first and sucked us in!! Esco, VPG 3 - That's it, just "Esco." American Pit Bull Terrier. He's a neutered BYB dog bought at six weeks of age as a pet for $200. He started training for Schutzhund back in 2002 and was the reason for my second dog to come along. . .Esco wouldn't bite! Well, as anybody can attest, Esco is a completely different dog today- he turned 180 degrees and took home all of the trophies at his first VPG 1 trial in March 2005! Esco also trialed at the AWDF Championship in April, 2005- bringing home the Decoy's Choice award for favorite protection dog. . .he'll be around for a while!!

 

PR' HDK & SilBrk's Infinite Justice, VPG 2 - Call name TJ....but he goes by "Puppy!" A bit airheaded and slow at times, this boy is around for a reason though. . .he's serious! This pup's got drive to spare- Esco will tell you, he took some of it and learned to bite after TJ's arrival! He's a good pup, and wonderful around the house- watch out once he gets out on that field though. He will have a protection routine that turns heads!!!
